There's no call-out fee anywhere we cover and travel is already in the price. If we've missed anything on the agreed checklist, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and put it right, free. You pay after the clean, by bank transfer for preference. Move or cancel a visit with a clear day's notice and there's nothing to pay, and if we arrive and can't get in we charge half the visit price.
The weekly figure is a range because a riverside flat and a family house with a dog are not the same afternoon's work. Four things decide where you land in it: a second or third bathroom, pets that shed, more floor space than the bedroom count suggests, and how much of the home is in daily use. A three bedroom weekly visit runs 3.5 to 4.25 hours, and every home gets at least two and a half. Once we've seen your place, or the photos you send us, your own figure is set and it holds from then on even if the visit runs long.
