What does it cost, and how do I book?
Regular cleaning is £19 an hour with a two hour minimum, so the shortest visit is £38. One off jobs are priced by property size instead: a deep clean runs £110 to £320 and an end of tenancy clean runs £130 to £370. Quotes are free and the whole ladder is published here.
How much does a cleaner cost in the UK?
Our rate is £19 an hour with a two hour minimum visit, so the shortest visit is £38 and a three hour clean of a three bedroom house is £57. For comparison, Bark lists Greenhithe cleaning at £17 to £23 an hour for 2026, so we sit inside the published local band.
How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost?
It's a fixed price set by the size of the property. A studio is £130, a one bedroom £160, a two bedroom £200, a three bedroom £250, a four bedroom £310 and a five bedroom £370. Across London and the South East the job commonly runs £150 to £490, according to published cost guides.
Do I have to pay for a quote, and how do I book?
Quotes are free, there's nothing to sign, and you pay once the visit is done. Send the form with your postcode, the size of the property and what needs doing. We answer every single enquiry with a price worked out against the published ladder. If you accept it, we agree a checklist and a date before anyone turns up.
What does a clean actually cover?
A written room-by-room checklist, agreed before we start, which is also what the guarantee gets measured against. A regular visit covers the everyday rooms. Carpets, upholstery and a standalone oven clean are priced as separate jobs, and the oven is already inside an end of tenancy clean. A deep clean goes further than a regular one and is charged by the size of the property.
What does a domestic cleaner do and not do?
A regular visit covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: surfaces, sinks, hobs, floors and the dusting in between. It doesn't cover the inside of the oven, carpets that need machine cleaning, or windows. Inside windows are a £30 add-on on a home or deep clean, and they're already inside the end of tenancy fixed price. Outside windows we don't do at all.
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean keeps a home that's already in reasonable order, and it's charged at £19 an hour. A deep clean is a one off that goes much further, priced by property size instead: £110 for a studio up to £320 for a five bedroom. If you're starting from a hard place, a deep clean first and then regular visits is the order we'd suggest.
Do you clean ovens and carpets as well?
Yes, and both are priced separately from a normal visit. Ovens are £55 for a single, £75 for a double and £95 for a range cooker. Carpets are £30 a room, dropping to £25 a room from the third room, with a £60 minimum visit. Sofas run £45 to £55.
What do I need to sort out before the clean?
Almost nothing. Products and equipment come with us and are already in the price. You don't need to be in, as long as we can get access. Tell us about pets, alarms, parking and anything fragile on the form, and tell us there if you'd rather we used eco products.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No, we bring everything. Products and equipment are included in every price on this site, for every service. If you'd rather we used something of your own, leave it out for us and say so on the form. If you'd prefer eco products, tell us on the quote form and we'll use them.
Do I need to be home when the cleaner comes?
No, and it makes no difference to the price either way. What matters is that we can get in, and that you've told us anything we need to know first, such as an alarm code or a nervous pet. Have a look at the work whenever you get back, and tell us within 48 hours if something was missed.
How often should I get a cleaner?
It depends on the house and who's in it. Weekly suits a busy family home, fortnightly is what we'd suggest as a default, and monthly works if you keep on top of things yourself. There's no contract either way, so start with one visit at £19 an hour and change the pattern once you see how it goes.
What happens when I'm moving out?
Your landlord can't force you to book a professional clean or to use a particular cleaner, because the Tenant Fees Act 2019 says so. They can still deduct from the deposit if the property is left worse than it started. Our end of tenancy prices run £130 for a studio to £370 for a five bedroom.
Can my landlord charge me for cleaning when I move out?
Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, a landlord or agent can't require you to pay for professional end of tenancy cleaning, or require you to use a particular cleaner. They can still deduct from your deposit if the property is left dirtier than it was at the start. You aren't required to book anyone, including us.
Do I need a professional clean to get my deposit back?
No, and nobody can insist on one. People book anyway because cleaning is the most common cause of deposit deductions, and over half of deposit disputes involve cleaning. A priced, checklisted clean gives you a document to point at if the inventory report disagrees with you later.
Can I trust a cleaning business with no reviews?
Judge us on the things you can check today. A published price for every service, a published room-by-room checklist, a guarantee with a 48-hour deadline, and the exclusions printed beside it. We also say plainly what we don't have yet, which includes insurance and DBS checks until they are in place before our first clean.
Why are there no reviews on this site?
There are none here yet. We're new, and the first ones will come from real customers once we've earned them. In the meantime you have a published price for every service, a published room-by-room checklist, a guarantee with a 48-hour deadline, and the exclusions printed next to it. Real reviews will appear here with dates when they exist.
Are you insured and DBS checked?
Not yet, because we haven't started trading. Before our first clean there will be public liability insurance in place and a DBS check for every cleaner. As soon as those certificates exist they'll be published right here, and every written quote will include the insurance certificate and DBS details before you pay anything.
What does the 48-hour guarantee not cover?
Four things: pre-existing damage, permanent staining, mould, and areas we couldn't get access to. Everything else on the checklist we agreed is covered. Tell us within 48 hours of the clean and we'll come back and re-clean the affected areas at no charge. The 48 hours measures how long you have to tell us, and the re-clean itself happens at the earliest time you can give us access.
Do you cover my area, and is there a call-out fee?
We cover Greenhithe, Stone, Swanscombe, Ebbsfleet, Dartford, Northfleet and Gravesend, at identical prices with no call-out fee and travel included. There's no shop to visit, because we come to you. If your postcode sits just outside that list, ask on the form and you'll get a straight yes or no.
