What does an office clean include?
A written schedule of exactly what happens on every visit and what happens monthly, agreed before the first clean. Desks and touch points, washrooms, the kitchen, bins, floors and the glass people put their hands on. The schedule is the contract, so your office manager can walk the site with it in hand and see for themselves.
Desks and workstations
Clear surfaces wiped, monitors and screens dusted, phones and touch points cleaned, cables left where you put them.
Washrooms
Sanitaryware, taps and mirrors descaled, floors washed, dispensers restocked and bins emptied and relined.
Kitchen and break areas
Worktops, sink and taps, outside of the fridge and microwave, tables and chairs, floor washed.
Floors
Vacuumed throughout, hard floors mopped, entrance matting lifted and cleaned under rather than around.
Glass and doors
Internal glass, partitions, door plates, handles and switches, plus the front door glass that gets touched all day.
Monthly extras
High dusting, vents, skirting, chair bases and inside the entrance glass, scheduled so nobody has to remember it.
Not included: licensed waste, work at height needing access equipment, medical or laboratory decontamination, and external windows above ground level. If a job needs one of those, we'll say so and point you at the right trade.
How much does office cleaning cost?
From £48 a visit. Regular contracts are quoted once we know the floor area, the schedule and what each visit has to cover, and the quote shows the visits and the price per visit that produce the figure. A contract is time on site, so the floor area and the state of the site move the hours we plan for and therefore the quote. Products, equipment and travel are included and there's no call-out fee.

A worked example
A small office cleaned three evenings a week is three visits, so from £174 a week. A larger site takes longer on each of those evenings, so the quote comes back above the starting figure and shows you why. Your quote lists the visits, the hours behind them and the price per visit, which is how you check the arithmetic rather than take our word for it.
Which commercial service do I need?
A regular contract keeps a working office presentable. A one-off deep visit resets a site that has been let go or is changing hands. A unit that has just been fitted out needs the after builders method instead, because construction dust doesn't respond to ordinary cleaning.

Do commercial cleaners work out of hours?
Office cleaning commonly happens before nine or after five, because nobody wants a vacuum running through a call. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are all normal for us, and the price stays from £48 a visit whichever you choose. Some smaller sites prefer a daytime visit, and that's fine too.
Can you provide a regular contract cleaner?
Yes, and we aim to send the same person every visit. A cleaner who knows which meeting room is used on Tuesdays does a better job in less time, and that's your money. There's no minimum contract length. If the arrangement isn't working, tell us and end it, and we'd be glad to hear why.
How do you handle security and access?
Access, keys, alarm codes and who attends are all agreed in writing before the first visit. Before our first clean, public liability insurance will be in place and every cleaner will have a DBS check. As soon as those certificates exist they'll be published right here, and every written quote includes our insurance certificate and DBS details before you pay anything. If your site needs more than that, put it on the form and we'll say plainly whether we can meet it.
Regular office contracts are quoted, and references become available as our property work builds.
Which workplaces on this stretch of the river do you clean?
DA9 covers Greenhithe and Stone and includes Bluewater, which sits in Stone parish. The work we're set up for is the independent offices and small units around the retail centre and along the corridor toward Crossways, the sites that are far too small for a national contractor to bother with and far too big for someone to clean at the end of their own working day.
Ebbsfleet Garden City is still growing, with more than 3,500 homes complete as reported in March 2024 and building continuing toward up to 15,000 homes by 2035. Workplaces follow housing. What does the 48-hour re-clean guarantee not cover?
Four things, published beside the promise: pre-existing damage, permanent staining, mould, and areas we couldn't get to on the day. Locked rooms and desks buried under paperwork fall into that last one, and we log them so you know what was left.
Everything else on the agreed schedule is covered. Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the affected areas free. On a site cleaned three times a week that means the next visit, at no charge and without a discussion about whose fault it was. Those 48 hours are how long you have to report it, and nothing in them rushes the work.
You pay after the visit, once the work is done. Every written quote includes our insurance certificate and DBS details before you pay anything.
Need to cancel or move a visit? Give us a clear day's notice and there's nothing to pay. If we arrive and can't get onto the site, we charge half the visit price, and you're hearing that now rather than on the day.

How much does office cleaning cost per hour?
We price by the visit rather than by the hour, from £48 a visit, with regular contracts quoted once we know the site and the schedule. Products, equipment and travel are included. There's no call-out fee and no minimum contract length, so nothing ties you in while you find out how we work.
Do you supply consumables like soap and paper?
We can, and we bill them at cost with the invoice showing what was bought. Plenty of sites would rather order their own and simply have us restock the dispensers. Either way you see the number. We don't build a margin into toilet roll and call it a service charge.
Who holds the keys and the alarm code?
You decide. Some sites give a key and a code to one named cleaner, some prefer a key safe, and some let us in and lock up themselves. Whatever you choose we put it in writing, and we tell you in advance if the person attending is going to change.
Can you cover holidays and sickness?
Yes, and we'll tell you in advance whenever it happens. A cleaner who doesn't know the site misses things, so cover comes with the checklist and a walk round. If we genuinely can't cover a visit we'll say so and credit it.
Do you clean retail units and small workshops?
Yes, from the same £48 a visit. Shop floors, stockrooms, staff kitchens, washrooms and glass. What we don't take on is anything needing licensed waste handling, work at height with access equipment, or specialist medical decontamination.
