Cleaning services
Every service we offer, with the price it starts at and what moves that price. Regular cleaning is £19 an hour, and one off jobs are priced by the size of the property so the figure holds.
Which cleaning service do you need?
If the home is lived in and you want it kept that way, that's domestic cleaning at £19 an hour. If it needs one big reset, that's a deep clean from £110. If you're handing the keys back, that's an end of tenancy clean from £130. The rest are specific jobs, priced per item or per room.
Domestic cleaning
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits to a home that's already in reasonable order. Charged by the hour, so three hours is £57.

The move out clean, done to an inspection standard on a property emptied of your belongings. Studio £130 up to five bedrooms £370.

After builders cleaning
Dust and grit after building work, and new build handovers on the Ebbsfleet estates. Larger jobs are £22 per cleaner per hour.

Carpet and upholstery cleaning
Carpets at £30 a room, dropping to £25 from the third room. Sofas £45 to £55, armchairs £25.

Turnarounds between guests, with a linen wash add-on at £25. Useful if you're letting near Ebbsfleet International.

Products and equipment are included, travel is included, the price is the same in every town we cover, the work is written down as a checklist first, and the 48-hour re-clean guarantee applies to everything on that checklist.
