What happens when you send this form?
It goes to a real person who reads it, checks the job against the published price ladder, and replies with a figure. We answer every single enquiry. There's no charge for the quote, nothing to sign, and no follow-up sales call. If we can't do the job, we'll say so and tell you why.
You pay after the clean, by bank transfer for preference, and a card works just as well. Every written quote includes our insurance certificate and DBS details before you pay anything, so you can read both while you're still deciding.
Plans change, so cancel or move a visit with a clear day's notice and there's nothing to pay. If we arrive and can't get in we charge half the visit price, which is why it's written here before you book. Tell us on the form how we get in, a key safe or a neighbour, and it never comes up.
To price it properly we need your postcode, the size of the property, which service you want, roughly what condition the place is in, and whether you'd like any add-ons, such as the inside of the windows at £30 on a home or deep clean, or the fridge at £15. Inside windows are already in the end of tenancy price.
For a regular clean, what decides your figure is what the house is actually made of: how many bathrooms, whether there is a separate WC, how many living rooms, how many floors and staircases, a utility or a study, a shedding pet, and the floor space itself. The pricing page sets out what we look at. Tell us about them on the form and the price we send back is the one you pay. Nothing is booked until you have that figure and say yes. The town you live in, how far we travel, parking, stairs and whether anyone is home change nothing.

Which areas do you cover?
Seven towns, all at the same prices and with no call-out fee: Greenhithe, Stone, Swanscombe, Ebbsfleet, Dartford, Northfleet and Gravesend. There's no shop and no walk-in office, because we come to you. If your postcode sits just outside that list, send the form anyway and you'll get a straight answer.
What happens after you send the form?
Three steps, in this order. We check the postcode, we price the job against the published ladder, and then you decide. Nothing is booked until you say so, and the room-by-room checklist is agreed before anyone arrives, so you know exactly what the visit covers and what the 48-hour guarantee is measured against.
We read it and check your postcode is inside the area we cover. If it isn't, we'll tell you straight away rather than leaving you waiting.
We send back a price, worked out against the published ladder, along with any question we need answered to be sure of the figure.
You decide. If you go ahead, we agree the room-by-room checklist and a date before anyone turns up.
