Privacy notice
One form, one database, no cookies and no analytics. This page says exactly what's kept, why it's kept, and how to have it removed.
What does this site store about you?
Only what you type into the quote form, plus two things added automatically. That's your name, your postcode, a phone number or an email address, the service you asked about, any optional details, your message, the page you sent the form from and the time it arrived. It's held in a Supabase database hosted in London.

- To check the job is inside the area we cover, and to price it correctly.
- A phone number or an email address
- One of the two, whichever you chose, so we can send the quote back.
- What you need cleaned
- The service, and optionally the property size and how often you'd like us.
- Your message
- Anything you added in the free text box, exactly as you typed it.
- The page you sent it from
- So we know which service you were reading about when you asked.
- The date and time it arrived
- Added automatically, so enquiries can be worked through in the order they arrive.
Nothing else is collected. There's no account to create, no login, and no hidden field gathering anything you haven't seen. The one field on the form you can't see is an empty box that only automated spam fills in, and anything typed into it is thrown away rather than stored.
Why is it kept at all?
To answer your enquiry and to quote the job, and that's the only reason it exists. It isn't used to build a marketing list, it doesn't feed an advertising profile, and it's never sold, rented or shared with another company. If your enquiry doesn't turn into work, the record just sits there until you ask us to delete it.
Does this site use cookies or analytics?
No, neither. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tags at launch, which is why you weren't shown a consent banner. Nothing follows you from page to page. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.
How do you get your details deleted?
Ask, and we delete them. Send the quote form with your name and postcode and the word delete in the message, and the record goes. You can also ask for a copy of what's held, and we'll send it. There's no phone number or email address on this site yet, so the form is the route for both.
Is any of it sold or shared?
No. Your details aren't sold, aren't passed to a lead broker and aren't shared with any other cleaning company. The only third party involved is Supabase, which hosts the database the form writes to, in London. They hold the data on our behalf and do nothing else with it.
