If we've missed anything on the agreed checklist, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and put it right, free. You pay after the clean, by bank transfer for preference. Move or cancel a visit with a clear day's notice and there's nothing to pay, and if we arrive and can't get in we charge half the visit price.
The weekly figure is a range because the same number of bedrooms can hide a very different amount of work. Four things decide where you land in it is what the house is made of: bathrooms, a separate WC, living rooms, floors and staircases, a utility, a shedding pet and the floor space than the bedroom count suggests, and how much of the home is in daily use.
