Looking for prices rather than reading?
Every rate we charge is on the pricing page, and it's the same list in every town on the areas we cover page. Two things sit outside it: office contracts are quoted once we've seen the space, and anything unusual is quoted from the form. We publish a price for the job instead of an hourly rate, so regular cleaning starts at £84 a visit, an end of tenancy clean at £221, and there's no call-out fee anywhere. Where a property has been let go, it takes longer, and that is usually 15 to 25 per cent more. We tell you the number from your photos before we start, never afterwards.
