Every rate we charge is on the pricing page, and it's the same list in every town on the areas we cover page. Two things sit outside it: office contracts are quoted once we've seen the space, and anything unusual is quoted from the form. Regular cleaning is £19 an hour, an end of tenancy clean starts at £130, and there's no call-out fee anywhere.
