Cleaning services in Dartford

Products, equipment and travel are included and there's no call-out fee. If we've missed something on the agreed checklist, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and put it right, free. You have 48 hours to mention it, and nothing about that clock hurries the re-clean. You pay after the clean, by bank transfer for preference. Move or cancel a visit with a clear day's notice and there's nothing to pay, and if we arrive and can't get in we charge half the visit price.
Four things sit outside that guarantee: pre-existing damage, permanent staining, mould, and anywhere we couldn't get to.
The weekly figure is a range because a three-bedroom terrace with one bathroom and a three-bedroom house with two and a labrador are not the same afternoon. What decides where you land is what the house is actually made of: how many bathrooms, whether there is a separate WC, how many living rooms, how many floors and staircases, a utility or a study, a shedding pet, and the floor space itself. We work through them on a short visit or from a few photos, and then you get one figure. A three-bedroom weekly visit runs 3.6 to 4.7 hours, and every home gets at least two and a half. Your own figure is set once we've seen the place or your photos, and it holds from then on, even when the visit runs long.

One thing worth saying about that first row. A published average for a domestic clean is a figure per visit, and it doesn't say how many hours the visit ran or what it covered, so read it as a rough bearing on the market. What our own figure covers is different anyway: an agency hour is the cleaner's time and you buy the products, while ours includes the products, the equipment, the insurance, the DBS check and the cover when someone is ill.
What is different about cleaning in Dartford?
Scale and turnover. Dartford is the borough town, so the work spreads across a lot of commuter housing, and a good share of that is rented and changes hands often.
