Cleaning prices for Greenhithe and North Kent
A three bedroom weekly clean is £112 to £142 a visit, and this page tells you which end of that your own house sits at before you contact anybody. Deep cleans run £196 to £485 by size, end of tenancy £221 to £604, and every other price is here with the arithmetic worked out. What does a cleaner cost in Greenhithe?

The lower figure is the smallest honest version of that size and the higher one is a properly loaded version, and the difference between them is hours rather than opinion. Your own figure is fixed once we've seen the place, and it holds from then on.
Products and equipment are included. There is no call-out fee anywhere we cover and travel is in the price. A fortnight of living leaves more to do than a week of it, so a fortnightly visit is a longer visit. The extra time is what the extra money buys.
How do you work out the price for my house?
By looking at it. A bedroom count on its own doesn't price a home. Bathrooms, living rooms, floors and staircases, a utility, a second kitchen, pets and the floor space itself all change how long a house takes, and two homes with the same rooms can be very different sizes.
So the band above is where most homes of that size land, and the things below are what decide where yours sits inside it. We work through them on a short visit or from a few photos, and then you get one figure.

Plenty of homes sit outside the band for their bedroom count, and that's not a problem. A four bedroom bungalow with one bathroom comes to less. A four bedroom with three bathrooms over three floors comes to more. The band is a guide to the middle rather than a boundary, and we'll tell you your own figure once we've looked.

How long does a clean take?
Every home gets at least two and a half hours, because the kitchen and the bathroom take what they take whatever the bedroom count. A one bedroom weekly visit runs 2.5 to 3 hours, a two bedroom 3 to 3.5, a three bedroom 3.5 to 4.25, a four bedroom 4.5 to 5.25 and a five bedroom 5.25 to 6.25. Those hours are the whole explanation for the bands above, because the longer end of a range is what a second bathroom or a shedding dog actually costs in minutes. Once your own figure is agreed it stays put, so a slow day is ours to absorb.
How much is a deep clean or an end of tenancy clean?
Both are priced by the size of the property, so the number doesn't move if the job runs long. A deep clean starts at £196 for a studio and reaches £485 for a five bedroom. An end of tenancy clean starts at £221 for a studio and reaches £604 for a five bedroom. The table sets the two side by side.

An end of tenancy clean costs more than a deep clean of the same property because it is done to an inspection standard on an empty home, inside cupboards and appliances included, with the oven and the inside of the windows already in the price. Empty means empty of your belongings, so a furnished let is fine. We clean the property, and we don't remove rubbish, furniture or bulky waste.
Where a property has been let go it takes longer, so we price it from your photographs before we start rather than from this page. For most it's around 15 to 25 per cent more. For a few it's more than that, and either way you'll know the figure before anyone picks up a cloth.
What do ovens, carpets and sofas cost?
Each is priced per item or per room. A single oven is £81, a double is £93 and a range cooker is £105, and the oven is already inside the end of tenancy price. Carpet is £45 a room with a £99 minimum visit. A three seat sofa is £55, and an armchair or a mattress is £25.

Carpet goes with an end of tenancy clean, a deep clean, or a visit of several rooms at once. Added to another clean there's no separate minimum: two rooms are £90, three are £135. A carpet or upholstery visit of its own has a £99 minimum, so two standalone rooms are charged at £99.
What about builders dust, offices and short lets?
After builders cleaning is the deep clean ladder plus £15 for the dust, so £211 for a studio and £383 for a three bedroom, quoted exactly from the form. Office cleaning starts at £48 a visit, with regular contracts quoted. Airbnb changeovers start at £81 a turnover on a one bedroom, and a linen wash is £25 on top.

Add-ons are quoted with the job and never assumed. Inside windows are already inside the end of tenancy price, so the £30 add-on is for home and deep cleans. Outside window cleaning is not a service we offer.
What would my clean actually cost?
Here are seven real sums, using the ladders above and nothing else. Each one uses the published figures and nothing else, and nothing appears at the end that isn't here. If your job isn't on the list, the arithmetic works the same way and you can do it yourself before you contact us.
- A three bedroom house with one bathroom, cleaned weekly: £112 a visit, the bottom of the band. The same house fortnightly: £126.
- The same three bedroom house with a second bathroom and a dog: £142 weekly, the top of the band, because it is more than an hour of extra work.
- A two bedroom deep clean with the inside of the windows: £315 + £30 = £345.
- A three bedroom deep clean with the fridge and the freezer: £368 + £15 + £15 = £398.
- A three bedroom end of tenancy clean: £447, with the oven and the inside windows already in that.
- Three rooms of carpet with a two bedroom end of tenancy: £368 + 3 x £45 = £503.
- Two rooms of carpet on their own: 2 x £45 = £90, which comes up to the £99 minimum visit.
- A one bedroom weekly clean with an hour of ironing: £84 + £24 = £108.
What is always included in the price?
Five things come with every job. Products and equipment, travel, the same price in every town we cover, a written checklist agreed before we start, and the 48-hour re-clean guarantee measured against that checklist. None of it is an upgrade and none of it is quoted separately, because it's all simply part of the job.

What changes a quote?
A quote moves on five things, and the form asks you about each one: size, what's actually in the home, how often you'd like us, which extras you want, and access. Every band on this site names what moves it, so you can see which of these is doing the work in the figure you're reading rather than wondering.

- Bedrooms give you the band. A three bedroom weekly clean usually sits between £112 and £142, and a three bedroom deep clean is £368. Floor space counts too, and it is not the same thing as the room count: two three bedroom houses can be very different sizes, and the bigger one is more floor, more skirting and more glass.
- What is in the home
- This is the one that actually decides your price. Bathrooms, separate WCs, living rooms, floors, staircases, utility rooms, a second kitchen and a shedding pet each add real minutes, so each adds money. Bedrooms are one part of it rather than the whole story, which is why we look before we set your figure. If a house needs a proper reset before regular visits make sense, that first visit is priced as a one off deep clean and we say so when we quote.
- Frequency
- A fortnightly visit is a longer visit, about half an hour longer on a smaller home, because a fortnight of living leaves more to do than a week of it. That is what the extra money buys. A three bedroom runs £112 to £142 weekly and £126 to £155 fortnightly. Per hour the fortnightly visit is actually a shade cheaper, because the travel is spread across a longer visit.
- Extras
- Windows inside at £30 on a home or deep clean, fridge at £15, freezer at £15, ironing at £24 an hour. Each one goes on the quote and none of them is assumed. Inside windows are already in the end of tenancy price.
- Access
- Parking, stairs, and whether anyone will be in. None of these carries a surcharge, because the price is set by the job rather than by the clock. What we do need is a way in on the day.
How do these prices compare with the local market?
Ours are prices for a whole job and most published figures are hourly rates or job averages, so the table sets them beside each other. Bark lists Greenhithe cleaning at £17 to £23 an hour for 2026. Checkatrade puts the Dartford average at £150 for a domestic clean and £252 for a deep clean. End of tenancy across London and the South East commonly runs £150 to £490, and ours runs £221 to £604. The row worth reading slowly is the agency one, because that is where most local prices you will see come from and it is not the same thing we are selling.

Two cautions on reading that table. The Checkatrade averages are job averages and the scope behind them isn't stated, so £150 for a domestic clean isn't the same unit as a weekly visit to a three bedroom house. And an agency hour and one of ours are different things. An agency hour is the cleaner's time, and you supply the products and carry the risk if the job runs long or nobody turns up. Ours is the cleaner's time plus the products, the equipment, the insurance, the DBS check, the cover when someone is ill and the guarantee, at a price that's fixed once we've seen your home. The figures sit side by side because they are what is published for this area, and they are a rough bearing rather than a like for like comparison.
What is not covered by the 48-hour guarantee?
Four things: pre-existing damage, permanent staining, mould, and areas we couldn't get access to. Everything else on the checklist we agreed is covered. Tell us within 48 hours of the clean and we'll come back and re-clean the affected areas free. That 48 hours is how long you have to point it out, and we book the return at the earliest time you can give us access.

What else do people ask about price?
The questions we hear most are whether there's a minimum charge, whether your area changes the price, whether a quote costs anything, what happens when a job overruns, what happens when a visit has to move, how you pay, and why we publish any of this at all. Anything we haven't covered, ask on the form and you'll get an answer.
Is there a minimum charge?
One, and it's published. Carpet and upholstery work has a £99 minimum visit, so two rooms of carpet at £45 each come up to £99. Everything else is priced by the job, so a single oven at £81 is £81 even if that's the only thing you want doing. Regular cleaning has no minimum term either, and nothing to sign.
Are the prices the same in every area you cover?
Yes. The same prices apply in Greenhithe, Stone, Swanscombe, Ebbsfleet, Dartford, Northfleet and Gravesend. There's no call-out fee and no travel charge, so being at the far end of the area we cover doesn't move your quote. If we can't reach you, we'll tell you straight away.
Does the quote cost anything?
No. Quotes are free, there's nothing to sign, and you pay once the visit is done. The bands on this page tell you the likely figure before you send anything, and a few photos or a five minute look round settles which end of the band your home sits at. Once we've agreed your figure it's yours, and it doesn't move.
What happens if the job takes longer than expected?
The figure we agree is the figure you pay, even when the visit runs long. That's the whole reason we look at the property before we set it rather than after. Every home gets at least two and a half hours, because the kitchen and the bathroom take what they take. If you'd like something added that isn't on the checklist, we'll tell you the cost first.
What if I need to move a visit, or you can't get in?
Cancel or move a visit with a clear day's notice and there's nothing to pay, always. If we arrive and can't get in, we charge half the visit price. That's written here before you book, and a key safe, a neighbour or a note on the form usually settles it. Tell us how we get in and the question never comes up.
How and when do you pay?
After the clean, by bank transfer for preference, and a card works just as well. There's nothing to pay up front, no deposit, and no cash left under a mat. For regular cleaning there's no contract and no minimum term either, so you can change the pattern or stop whenever it suits you.
Why give a range instead of one number?
Because one number for every three bedroom house in Kent would be a guess dressed up as a promise. A bedroom count says nothing about bathrooms, floors, stairs, living rooms or how big the place actually is, and those are what the work is made of. So the range is the honest version, and it turns into one number for your house as soon as we've seen it. That number is then fixed. Plenty of homes land outside the range for their bedroom count, and those get priced properly too.
